I didn't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
We are sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order. It's possible this could have gone to your bulk email folder or we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us at 678-989-2006 or email@example.com and we can verify your order was placed and resend you an email confirmation.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, your order confirmation email will update to show a shipped status and will include your tracking number if applicable. You will also receive a separate email with any tracking information once your order ships out. Generally, Standard orders will ship out in 1-2 business days and Expedited orders will ship out the same day if placed by 12pm EST, Monday-Friday.
I placed my order on the weekend with Expedited shipping. Why hasn't it shipped out yet?
All orders received on weekends are processed the following business day, including Expedited orders.
How do I cancel/ change my order or edit my address after my order has been placed?
Please call us immediately at 678-989-2006, during our business hours of 9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday. We cannot cancel or change orders by email.
How can I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift Certificates can be ordered on our website under the “Gift Card” tab or by searching 'gift card' in our search field (located in the top right corner of our site). The certificate will be emailed to the recipient within 24-48 business hours. Instructions will be emailed with each purchased gift certificate.
How do I use my Gift Card Online?
First verify that you are using an online gift code rather than an in-store gift card. In-store gift cards are 2”x3.5” cards that can be swiped at checkout, in our store locations only. 16 digit gift codes can be entered at check out in the box that says, “Have a gift card? Enter it here:” Online gift codes are not available for in-store purchases.
How can I find out the status of my Return or Exchange?
Generally, returns and exchanges take 7 business days to be processed. We do not know whether your package is received by our warehouse until it is processed. We recommend shipping your package with a tracking number in order to track its delivery date. Once your return / exchange is processed you will be emailed a confirmation email with your online credit.
How can I return my order?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unworn merchandise for an exchange or store credit within 21 days of the ship date. Please reference our Return/ Exchange Policy tab for more information.
Will the shipping carrier leave my package at my front door or will they require a signature?
It is up to the shipping carrier whether they feel it is safe to leave the package or require a signature. To receive a package with guaranteed signature required there will be an additional fee and you will need to contact our sales department at 678-989-2006 and a Customer Service Representative can add this to your order as well. Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.
Do you get items back in stock if they are sold out?
We do not restock styles, however, we receive 40+ new arrivals weekly, and occasionally receive similar styles.
Can I request an item to be restocked?
We do not special order items for customers. However, if you contact our Customer Service department or any of our store locations we can check to see if an item is currently in-stock.
