All orders where the subtotal equals $100 or more, before taxes and shipping fees, qualify for free shipping to all 50 states! Simply add your favorites to your cart & when you hit $100 or more, we will ship it for free! All orders shipping ground or standard shipping, ship for a flat rate of $7.50 (this excludes international and express packages) 



Please allow  1-2 business days to process and ship your order (this excludes: weekends, holidays, and sale days- for these occasions require additional processing time). Most orders are shipped standard UPS Ground or USPS. Please note: Orders shipping to PO Boxes/ APO will be shipped using USPS (tracking number by request).

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Holiday Shipping: Last day for ground shipping to arrive by Christmas is December 19th. Last day for 2nd Day Air to arrive by Christmas is December 20th. Last day for Next Day Air to arrive by Christmas is December 22nd.

*We cannot cancel or edit orders by email, you must call our customer service line at, 678-989-2006. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM

*Customers must make any changes to orders by 9:00AM EST the following day

If an order needs to be canceled for any reason, the customer is subject to a 10% restock fee.



All orders shipping express can be calculated at the time of checkout (this includes all packages shipping: Next Day Air Early AM/ Next Day Air/ Next Day Air Saver/ Second Day Air AM/ Second Day Air.) Expedited shipping fees are live rates calculated by UPS. 

All expedited orders MUST be placed Monday-Friday by 12:00PM EST to be processed and shipped same day. 

Please note: UPS delivers Standard/ UPS Ground packages Monday- Friday. Saturday delivery is available in some areas for an additional fee. 



We are not responsible for loss or damage of your order in transit. This responsibility is passed on to you as soon as we hand your order over to the shipping company. International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any such taxes are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and are not paid by Dress Up.
